WHERE WE STARTED…
MVP Performance Institute was founded in 2004 by NFL hall of fame quarterback, Joe Montana; Tom Mitchell a Fortune 500 Leadership Coach and NBA Sport Psychologist; and Hilleary Hoskinson, a successful corporate executive and 25-year veteran of building teams within an array of banking, publishing and technology companies. Distilling from their first-hand experience, Joe Montana and Tom Mitchell, co-authored a book, The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles that Drive Performance Excellence (Random House 2005) demonstrating how to create exceptional results.
MVP was created to bring this unparalleled experience and skill to leaders and teams. We grew to be a trusted source, guiding clients with with direction, honesty and hands-on support to help them win.

This book and its accompanying online assessment tool are the foundation for our ongoing work and programs for committed professionals and business teams.
